About Us

Bill Finch has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 with an emphasis on retail site acquisition, development and leasing. Throughout his career he has worked for both public and private organizations and has been involved with more than 100 neighborhood and regional shopping centers giving him a broad exposure to site selection, tenant merchandising and contract negotiation.

His experience in all aspects of site selection, entitlements, build-to-suit services and leasing of multi-tenant product ives him a unique capability to effectively navigate all aspects of retail development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State’s WP Carey School of Business and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
