Bill Finch has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 with an emphasis on retail site acquisition, development and leasing. Throughout his career he has worked for both public and private organizations and has been involved with more than 100 neighborhood and regional shopping centers giving him a broad exposure to site selection, tenant merchandising and contract negotiation.
His experience in all aspects of site selection, entitlements, build-to-suit services and leasing of multi-tenant product, gives him a unique capability to effectively navigate all aspects of retail development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State’s WP Carey School of Business and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Roberto Buenaver has worked in commercial real estate full time since 1997. He started as an investment broker at Marcus & Millichap specializing in the sale of non-anchored retail strip centers, and transitioned into commercial development full time for Evergreen Devco, Inc. in 1999, where he worked 12 years specializing in project management, site selection, acquisition and raising equity for projects located in Arizona and California. In 2011, Roberto was hired as a Vice President for Garrett Development Corporation, where he was responsible for all aspects of starting up and operating the commercial investment and development division for the company. Most recently, Roberto partnered with Bill Finch to found Unified CRE Partners.
